Usually pretty good food. Staff always seem to be friendly. I visit more than other fast food in area and never disappointed. Kind of a tight turn in drive thru with long truck but I manage.
Another great experience at this location. For a fast food joint you'd expect less I'm sure, but over the years and constant visits here it's been nothing but great every time. The woman helping us was so friendly, talkative and made us feel welcome. We were able to order quickly and had our food by the time it took us to fill up our cups. Everything was hot and tasty. If you're looking for a easy and quick meal out of the way of the hustle and bustle of Sedona this is a great place to stop.
The pot pie was extremely good. Lots of chicken and very fresh too. There had been times in the past I got one and it really wasn't that great at all. LIke it had been laying around too long. I live very close by so I will be back again soon for another one. The inner restaurant has been revamped, clean and is pleasant to be in. Try it, you'll like it.
Cottonwood KFC is very clean, looks new with a nice exterior. I had a craving for fried chicken and the Colonel satisfied. I had 2 breasts, original recipe, a wing and biscuits. The chicken was great. I subtract a star for high fast food prices, not many specials and staff needs some additional training although they were friendly. Recommended.
